Find the Time Pilates is Longview’s Premier Reformer Pilates Studio.  Located in Downtown Longview, Washington, owner, Carrie Skerbeck’s studio is equipped with state of the art reformer equipment by Balance Body.  Carrie encourages everyone over 13 years of age to participate.  Seniors, men, women, teens, handicapped can all benefit from Pilates style training.

Carrie is glad to have moved back “home after being away for 20 years.  She holds certifications in various forms of exercise including: AFAA CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), AFAA Group Excercise Instructor, SPIN, YogaFit and PHI Pilates (Mat and Reformer).  She believes everyone can Find the Time to excercise.
