Cowlitz County Emergency Support Shelter provides FREE services to victims and survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.  They also provide services to families and friends of victims and survivors, helping them address their own reactions to victimization, so they can also effectively support the victim.

FISH of Cowlitz County helps people in ways that might seem insignificant – a box of food, a prescription drug, a dental appointment, but people helped by FISH know how vital such aid can be during hard times. Many people remember the kindness of FISH volunteers.  FISH helps people from more than 3,000 households in Cowlitz County.
